V-Technology Approved for Transition to New "Prime Market"

 

 

On January 11, 2022, the TSE announced the results of our application to become a member of the Prime Market.

　

 

After the resolution of the Board of Directors' meeting held on November 26, 2021, V-Technology applied to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) to select the Prime Market as the new market segment of the TSE, which is scheduled to be transferred on April 4, 2022.
