We pursue various challenges to start up a business similar to the FPD equipment business, and we have established a joint venture, Z-CSET since the medium and long term growth can be expected in the Chinese semiconductor manufacturing market.

 

In August 2019, we acquired NSS, which has superior technologies and achievements in semiconductor wafer inspection and mask-less exposure, as a wholly-owned subsidiary, to boost the growth of our semiconductor-related business.

 

Furthermore, OHT, our group company, is promoting the business of prober for MRAM.
