Single Crystallization Technology for Silicon Thin Films Transistor by Optical Fiber and Blue Laser Diode

Our company has been working hard on the research and development of laser annealing technology that contributes to manufacturing devices using silicon, such as next-generation displays such as MiniLED, OLED, and μLED.

 

We are pleased to announce that we will be presenting our laser annealing technology using blue semiconductor lasers that enable the production of silicon films with optimal crystal conditions for various devices at the IDW20*1 Virtual Conference. In this talk, we will introduce a single-crystal silicon technology with high electron mobility as an example of controlling the crystallinity of silicon from polycrystalline to monocrystalline structures using a unique and cost-effective laser annealing optical system.
