Laser annealing for Thin Film Transistor (TFT) substrates, which are standard technology in the next generation of MiniLED, OLED, μLED, and so on., which are now in the spotlight. It is one of the most critical technologies to optimize the productivity of TFT, such as electrical characteristics, yield and quality, and cost of equipment and operation. V-Technology has been developing laser annealing technology and various other related TFT technologies.

 

At the Advanced Program (online conference) of ICDT2020*1, we plan to give a presentation on our efforts to develop a new annealing technology using blue semiconductor lasers that will contribute to the practical application of next-generation large panels.
