IDW21 Virtual Conference

 

Our company has been conducting joint research on micro-LED display manufacturing technology with Nitride Semiconductor Corp(115-7, Itaya-shima, Myojin, Seto-cho, Naruto, Tokushima, Japan, president: Yoshihiko Muramoto), and a research team led by Professor Goto of Tohoku University,

 

As a result of our joint research, At the 28th IDW (International Display Workshops), Professor Goto will present an online paper on "Array of GaN Micro-LED Chips and Monocrystal Si CMOS Pixel Circuit Chips Mounted on Flexible Substrate".
